The hospital is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join its expanding team across various departments, including Anaesthetics/PACU, Cath Lab, CCU, Rehab, and Surgical units. Governed by the 2022 Enterprise Agreement, offering what are recognised as the highest nursing wages in New South Wales.
The Role and Requirements
- Clinical Expertise: Previous experience as an Anaesthetic/Critical Care Nurse or proficiency in the role of a Scrub/Scout Nurse within an operating theatre.
- Operational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational abilities,
with the capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills and a drive to provide an extraordinary standard of patient-centered care.
- Professionalism: A commitment to innovation and best practice, with the ability to meet all essential criteria outlined in the enterprise framework.
