St John of God Health Care Geelong Hospital seeks an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for a 0.8 FTE role, providing clinical leadership on 3 North (Oncology/Haematology/Palliative and Medical) and supervising junior staff.

You will monitor staffing against budgets, lead teams in the Nurse Unit Manager’s absence, and drive quality improvements while supporting education for staff, patients and families. Requires AHPRA registration and 2+ years oncology experience; shifts across AM/PM/ND are expected.
