HealthWISE in Ipswich, Warwick or Stanthorpe is seeking a Support Coordinator – Wellbeing to guide recovery for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. Your lived experience of recovery will inform compassionate, person-centred support and safety planning, delivered alongside a multidisciplinary team.
You will develop recovery-oriented plans and deliver evidence-based, non-clinical wellbeing initiatives while travelling to meet clients’ needs.
