Tell excellent stories
- Write engaging social copy across both brands
- Tell the stories behind our chefs, butchers, producers, products, restaurants, people and history
- Bring our heritage to life in a contemporary and relevant way
- Understand when a story requires depth and when a beautiful image or piece of video should simply speak for itself
- Ensure our tone of voice remains considered, distinctive and consistent
Lead the creative thinking
- Continually bring new ideas and content opportunities to the marketing team
- Develop creative concepts rather than waiting to be briefed
- Identify emerging social formats and platform opportunities
- Understand social trends without blindly following them
- Find culturally relevant ways for our brands to participate in conversations while protecting their identity
- Help continually evolve the visual and creative direction of our social channels
Manage our community
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and engagement
- Build relationships with customers, chefs, restaurants, creators and collaborators

Creators and collaborations
- Identify creators, chefs, personalities and partners who genuinely align with our brands
- Coordinate social collaborations and content partnerships
- Help build meaningful relationships with creators and aligned brands
- Ensure collaborations feel authentic, relevant and appropriate
- Support the development of creator and influencer activity where it makes sense for the brand
Measure what works
- Monitor social performance and content results
- Report on engagement, reach, audience growth and content performance
- Understand which ideas resonate and why
- Use insights to continually improve future content
- Keep across changes to social platforms, formats and audience behaviour
