We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Ground handling Supervisor to join our FBO team based at Brisbane Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where no two days are the same. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our passengers while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our flights. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong operational awareness, sound judgement and the ability to remain calm when priorities change and pressure builds. You will lead the team on shift, coordinate competing operational requirements and ensure every task is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

As a Ground handling Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the daily running of charter and scheduled airline operations.
- Leading, supporting and directing operational staff.
- Prioritising tasks and allocating resources across a busy operation.
- Working closely with flight crew, ground staff and operational teams to ensure flights depart safely and on time.
- Managing disruptions and making sound decisions under pressure.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security and company procedures.




- Setting clear expectations and addressing performance or conduct concerns.
- Promoting teamwork across all operational areas.
- Completing required operational reporting and shift handovers.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded).
- A strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
- Solid people-management and leadership skills.
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent task prioritisation and time-management abilities.
- A calm, decisive and professional approach under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to safety, accountability and customer service.
- Aviation, airport, airline or ground-handling experience is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
