Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join our Isuzu Trucks team in Lismore and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the performance of our busy service department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships and has the confidence to support and mentor others.

About the Role

As Senior Service Advisor, you'll be a key link between our customers, technicians and service team. You'll manage customer interactions from booking through to vehicle delivery, ensuring repairs are clearly communicated, completed efficiently and delivered to a high standard.

You'll also provide guidance to the wider Service Advisor team, support workshop workflow and help drive customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer bookings, enquiries, repair orders and vehicle updates.
- Provide quotes, explain repairs and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate workshop workflow and keep customers updated on vehicle progress.
- Build strong relationships with customers and fleet operators.
- Support and mentor Service Advisors while maintaining high service standards.
- Drive workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Service Advisor with strong automotive knowledge,



exceptional customer service skills and the confidence to take on a senior position within a busy truck dealership.

You’ll Bring:

- Previous Service Advisor experience, ideally in automotive or truck servicing.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Confident mentoring team members and working collaboratively.
- Strong computer literacy, dealership systems experience and current Driver Licence.
