St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Clinician to deliver consumer-focused care from an intensive outreach model. You will implement the Strengths Model, build solid therapeutic alliances, conduct assessments, deliver targeted interventions and contribute to multidisciplinary services.

Registration with AHPRA (RPN & OT) and NMBA where applicable is required, along with a relevant OT or Social Work degree.
