Stepping Stone House in Rockdale is seeking an Operations Manager – Service Delivery on a 12 month fixed term contract to lead ITC, SILP and ILP services with a trauma-informed, outcomes-focused approach.

You will coach Residential and Independence Program Managers, drive compliance with DCJ/OCG standards, manage contracts, and oversee budgeting to ensure high-quality care and sustainable service delivery for young people.
