GP Refresh on the Gold Coast is seeking an Events Business Development Manager (Commercial & Growth) to drive delegate registrations, grow sponsorship revenue, and build strategic partnerships. This office-based role works directly with the founder to scale outcomes across conferences.
You will lead end-to-end campaigns, optimise digital channels, manage CRM systems, and develop long-term sponsorship packages while partnering with RACGP, PHNs, GP clinics and corporate groups.
