Goulburn-Murray Water in Victoria is seeking a Change and Training Manager (CRM) on a fixed-term basis through 30 June 2028. Based in Tatura, you will drive change, training and adoption for a major CRM & Billing transformation, including customer portal adoption and self-service initiatives.
You will lead readiness, develop training materials, support leaders and coordinate go-live readiness, with a focus on embedding current processes and ways of working across the organisation.
