Ability Beyond Therapy is a dedicated paediatric therapy team specialising in early childhood intervention. We emphasise compassionate, individualised care and strive to create a supportive, professional environment grounded in strength-based, person-centred, and evidence-based practices.
Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children aged 0-12 years (predominantly preschoolers) through specialised therapeutic services in line with the ECIA best practice guidelines.

Service Locations:
Clinic in Mill Park
Community settings, including kindergartens, childcare/daycares, schools, and clients' homes, predominantly across the northern Melbourne area, particularly Hume and Whittlesea LGAs

Key worker's support
Individual assessments
Short-term and long-term therapy interventions
Parent/Caregiver education, Kinder/Childcare/School consultations and support group meetings

funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), private payments, Medicare, and school contracts.

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification as a speech pathologist.
Degree and registration or eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Paediatric-specific interest and experience is essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Right to work in Australia
Working With Children Check
Possession of a current Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
