THE ROLE
The Finance Officer will work with the unit's Senior Finance Data Reporting Officer and as part of a small team you will use your initiative to support the finance functions relating to our Specialist Disability Accommodation properties and to improve related processes. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify funding arrangements and improve internal tracking and reporting of revenues. Equally this role will manage revenue invoicing processes from start to finish.
You will also have the prospect to support broader Finance team functions including payments, budgeting, reporting and compliance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Liaise with the NDIA through the online portal, emails and phone calls. Proactively identify and resolve funding and processing issues that affect NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) revenue.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly revenue invoices for DHV participants.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow-up with stakeholders.
