About Local Kind
LocalKind is a trusted community organisation providing practical support across the Northern Beaches. Services include domestic and family violence support, homelessness outreach, financial hardship assistance, family, child and youth programs, migrant and refugee settlement support, and community hubs.
About the CEO role
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement across staff and volunteer leadership, financial oversight, income generation, stakeholder relationships, media and event spokesperson, service quality and governance.
Senior leadership experience in a small community, not-for-profit or similarly purpose-led organisation is required. Experience in comparable community services, Board engagement, financial oversight and fundraising or diversified income will be highly regarded.
The role is predominantly onsite, with some flexibility subject to organisational needs and senior leadership coverage. Salary packaging is available. The role is classified at SCHADS SACS L8.
