Nutrano Produce Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a range of strategic growth and development projects across our agricultural operations.

This is a senior, hands on role for someone who understands agriculture and knows how to take complex projects from concept and feasibility through to successful implementation. Working closely with our EGM Farming & Development and broader leadership team, you will play an important role in supporting the future growth, expansion and long term sustainability of the business.

This is a senior, hands on role for someone who understands agriculture and knows how to take complex projects from concept and feasibility through to successful implementation. Working closely with our EGM Farming & Development and broader leadership team, you will play an important role in supporting the future growth, expansion and long term sustainability of the business.

The role

You will oversee multiple projects and opportunities across the business, bringing structure, commercial thinking and robust project discipline to their delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading multiple agricultural growth and development projects from concept through to implementation

- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements

- Managing project risks, expenditure and delivery against agreed outcomes

- Assessing new growth opportunities including land acquisition, production expansion, diversification and value added initiatives

- Preparing feasibility studies and commercial business cases for new opportunities

- Working with farm, agronomy, finance,



supply chain and operational teams to ensure projects are practical and successfully implemented

- Engaging with external stakeholders including landowners, suppliers, consultants and regulatory bodies

- Preparing and presenting project updates, recommendations and business cases to senior leadership

- Ensuring projects meet relevant regulatory, environmental, safety and sustainability requirements

- Supporting completed projects through the transition into business as usual operations.

About you

We are looking for an experienced project professional who combines strong project management capability with a genuine understanding of agriculture.

Agricultural project management experience is essential for this role.

Ideally, you will bring:

- 5+ years' project management experience within agriculture or agribusiness

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects

- Strong commercial and analytical capability

- Experience developing feasibility studies and business cases

- The ability to identify and evaluate growth and investment opportunities

- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost management

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive projects through to completion

- A practical understanding of farming and operational environments.

Experience within citrus or blueberry production will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, business or project management and formal project management certification would also be advantageous.

Location & travel

This position will be based in Sunraysia, with regular interstate travel required to work with key stakeholders and support projects across the business.
