YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead role in the restaurant

Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Supervisor / Waiter in a professional restaurant for at least one year

Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience

Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales will be regarded highly

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work weekends

this is a genuine hospitality role with great guests, conditions and rewards. There are three shifts a week (approximately 24 - 26 hours a week) Friday to Sunday with only one dinner service, and four days off Monday to Thursday. There is also the option for more shifts pending your availability and requirements.
