About the Role

As Centre Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of a vibrant early learning service.

You’ll create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families, while leading a motivated team and ensuring solid operational and educational outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading daily operations of the centre
- Supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning programs
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Managing staffing, compliance, budgets, and administration
- Ensuring compliance with NQF and WHS requirements
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing centre culture

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (as required)
- Current First Aid, Child Protection & Food Safety + valid WWCC certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confidence managing centre operations and supporting teams
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and leadership
