McCormacks Strata Management in Sydney CBD seeks an experienced accountant to manage a portfolio of 30+ strata plans, ensuring accurate financial solutions and proactive communication with Strata Managers and external stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end finance, daily reconciliations, invoicing verification, cash flow forecasting, and month-end and BAS/GST reporting for each client. Robust Excel skills and strata knowledge are highly valued.
