Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultations and expert advice to walk-in and trade appointment clients
- Manage a portfolio of Interior Design clients, offering tailored surface solutions aligned with their project needs
- Enhance sales by nurturing relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent client service
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities within CRM systems
- Support showroom merchandising and visual displays, reflecting the brand’s premium aesthetic and inspiring clientele
- Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives,
helping to increase brand engagement and awareness among trade and retail customers
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in customer-facing sales roles, ideally within retail, interior design, or architectural product sectors; applications from related fields are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical specifications patiently and clearly
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales pipeline management
- An interest in interior surfaces, architecture, or design is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client service
- Comfortable working on-site in a showroom environment, with occasional client visits or industry events
- A motivated team player with a commitment to professional development and growth
