We're pleased to support our client in recruiting a Showroom Specialist / Customer Service professional for their Carnegie-based showroom.

If you enjoy helping customers, have strong sales or relevant retail/showroom experience, and take pride in keeping a space organised and welcoming, this role could be a great fit.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, product demonstrations, quotes and showroom sales. The role blends customer service, sales, admin and maintaining a skilled showroom environment. Full product and systems training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
- Providing clear, professional customer service
- Supporting showroom sales and product demonstrations
- Preparing quotes,



orders and customer records
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and customer-ready
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Contributing to a positive team culture

What You'll Bring

- Sales or relevant retail/showroom experience
- Confidence engaging with customers
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work across customer service and admin tasks
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Full working rights in Australia
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Future: Showroom operating hours may expand to include Saturday mornings
