At Harrybilt Engineering, quality, efficiency and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. We design and build specialised equipment including Road Rail Trucks, Excavators, Trailers and Rail Maintenance Attachments, with every build offering something different.
About the Role
This is a hands on, full time position working across hydraulic systems, vehicle modifications and specialised equipment builds. You'll be involved in a wide variety of projects, providing opportunities to further develop your technical skills and work on unique machinery and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Hydraulic system assembly, installation and commissioning
- Fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
- Mechanical fitting and vehicle modification work
- Reading and interpreting hydraulic and engineering drawings
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
- Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver customised equipment builds
About You
- Strong hydraulic experience, including installation and troubleshooting
- Sound mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with heavy vehicles, mobile plant or specialised machinery (highly regarded)
- Trade qualification is advantageous
