Our business prepares properties for sale. Including internal and external makeovers, gardening and property styling. We are looking for a reliable gardener to join our team full time. You will also assist our carpenter/trades coordinator when required.

The role involves preparing gardens and outdoor areas so our properties present at their best before going to market. Gardening work is mainly across Melbourne's south east corridor, inner east, and outer east, one day a week from Warrandyte.

Gardening work is mainly across Melbourne's south east corridor, inner east, and outer east, one day a week from Warrandyte.

Duties

- General gardening, including weeding, mulching, pruning, planting, edging, and establishing current garden beds, pressure washing.
- Assisting our trades coordinator/handyman when required on jobs.
- Assisting in the warehouse when required.
- Collecting plants and supplies for jobs.
- Working 1 day per week from Warrandyte.
- Attending our office in Notting Hill when required.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Requirements

- Must have all required gardening tools.
- Must have a trailer.
- Must be reliable, well-presented, and able to complete quality work.

Pay and Benefits

- Travel allowance $75 per week
- Performance bonuses available for quality work

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of presentation when preparing homes for sale.
