HCA Youth & Community is seeking compassionate Casual Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will help with daily living, school attendance, appointments and community activities, while promoting safety and wellbeing.

We values resilience, reliability and a proactive attitude. Roles involve trauma-informed approaches, medication support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Versatile rosters are provided in advance to support stability.
