About the role

We have an opportunity for aHuman Resources Managerto be part of ourBusiness Services Unit team, Technology & Communication Services Command. TheHuman Resources Manager isResponsible for providing efficient and effective leadership and management of staff administrative services by providing Rostering and HR services; the delivery of statistical and other reporting; and the provision of advice on Awards, Policies and conditions of employment. This role will also have the primary purpose of ensuring adjustments to payroll by way of workers compensation, leave management and staff entitlements (allowances, increments etc) are delivered in a timely, compliant and quality controlled environment.

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

Total Remuneration Package: $146,766 pa. Package includes salary from $116,981 to $129,492, plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
