We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Systems & RTW Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

The Role

This is a systems, compliance and people-focused HSEQ role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to make it your own.

You’ll take ownership of the systems and processes that support our operational teams — including HSEQ systems, incident management, return-to-work, reporting, audits, meetings, training compliance and continuous improvement.

Rather than simply maintaining existing processes, we want someone who enjoys improving and modernising systems. There will be genuine prospect to develop SharePoint, SafetyCulture (iAuditor), workflows, automation and integrations to make our HSEQ function simpler and more effective.

You’ll work closely with project teams, managers and senior leadership and have the autonomy and support to implement good ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and continually improve our HSEQ Management System.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, actions and close-out.
- Coordinate return-to-work, rehabilitation and injury management.
- Support workers compensation processes and suitable duties programs.
- Coordinate HSEQ meetings, agendas,



minutes and action tracking.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
- Maintain policies, procedures, registers and controlled documentation.
- Maintain training, competency, licence and compliance records.
- Prepare HSEQ reports, statistics, trends and KPIs.
- Support certification, client and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Build and improve SharePoint-based systems, workflows and document libraries.
- Help develop and integrate SafetyCulture (iAuditor) across the business.
- Identify opportunities for automation and integration across our systems.
- Work with operational teams to make HSEQ processes simple, practical and effective.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership.

Ideally, you will have:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
- Return to Work Coordinator qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience maintaining or improving HSEQ management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Injury management and workers compensation experience.
- Incident management and investigation experience.
- Strong auditing and corrective-action management skills.




- Strong reporting and document-control capability.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to work autonomously and follow things through.

Highly Regarded

Experience with any of the following would be a bonus:

- Power Automate or workflow automation.
- Systems integration and process improvement.
- HSEQ reporting and dashboards.
- Construction or related service industries.

You don't need to be an expert in everything above. We're equally interested in someone with a strong HSEQ foundation who is curious, systems-minded and keen to develop.
