We are currently seeking an intermediate-level Workday Financials Functional Consultant to support a major Federal Government transformation program.
This is a great prospect for someone with practical Workday Financials experience who is looking to build on their consulting capability and work across a large-scale implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements
- Support the design and configuration of Workday Financials solutions
- Participate in workshops, solution design sessions and prototyping
- Assist with testing, defect resolution and implementation activities
- Provide functional input across finance processes and system configuration
- Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support project reporting and delivery activities
About You
- Around 2-5 years' experience working with Workday, ERP or enterprise financial systems
- Experience with Workday Financials highly desirable
- Good understanding of financial accounting and finance business processes
- Previous ERP experience such as Workday, Oracle or SAP
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects
- Workday Financials certification or exposure to an end-to-end Workday implementation will be highly regarded
Security Requirements
As this role is supporting a Federal Government program, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
Location: Open to candidates based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with travel to Canberra likely to be required.
