Downer is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor for our Maryborough site to oversee welding activities on the production floor and support the delivery of Passenger Rolling stock train sets.
You will review weld requirements, conduct audits for Weld Management System compliance, and lead a small team to achieve welding KPI targets. This role requires robust manufacturing experience and rail welding exposure.
