KPAT Hotels is an Australian owned hospitality group that has experienced rapid and exciting growth since 2020, building momentum across accommodation, hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants, with new and exciting venues continuing to enter the pipeline.
Driven by a bold vision and entrepreneurial mindset, KPAT Hotels creates hospitality experiences that balance strong brand identity, thoughtful design and exceptional service. As we scale, we're building a marketing team to match, and we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to run it day to day.
You'll own campaign delivery end to end across the entire portfolio, working alongside our Marketing Director and leading a growing in house team.
What We're Looking For
- A senior marketer who does the doing, not just the delegating
- 6+ years in brand marketing, advertising or a similar role, with at least 2 leading a team
- A track record of taking multi channel campaigns from first concept through to post campaign analysis
- Hospitality, retail or multi site consumer experience strongly preferred
- A natural relationship builder who can influence everyone from junior creatives to venue GMs to owners
- Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- A strategic and commercial mindset: you connect marketing activity to revenue and can show it
- A cooperative, proactive style with a bias for action. You make calls and take ownership without waiting to be told
- A genuine love of hospitality and the buzz of creating experiences people remember
Applicants should note the role is based on the Sunshine Coast and would require the successful candidate to work from our Mooloolaba office.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute venue marketing strategies that ladder up to brand and commercial goals
- Own the marketing calendar and deliver integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, PR and in venue experiences, from concept to launch to reporting
- Lead and develop the marketing team, keeping work moving and quality high
- Brief, review and execute creative that drives covers, bookings and functions revenue
- Manage a diverse venue portfolio, keeping a sharp eye on market trends and competitor activity
- Build strong relationships with venue GMs, internal stakeholders and external partners to get results
- Run venue launch campaigns as the group expands, building repeatable playbooks along the way
- Own campaign budgets and resources, delivering efficiently with clear ROI on bookings and revenue
- Use data and insights to make decisions and continuously sharpen performance
- Champion fresh ideas while protecting brand integrity across every touchpoint
About KPAT Hotels
Founded in 2020 by Kenneth Wagner, Kpat Hotels is building a portfolio of contemporary accommodation, restaurants, bars and pubs across Queensland. Each venue is shaped by its location and designed to create places local people feel proud of. Places for memorable stays, milestone celebrations, weekends away or simply enjoying great food and good company.
Our approach is hands on. We invest in, develop, construct and operate our venues, allowing ideas to move from concept to opening with a clear vision. From interior design and brand identity through to the guest experience on the floor, we believe the details matter. The goal is always the same. To create venues that feel considered, welcoming and enrich the fabric of their community.
Hospitality, for us, is about how people feel when they walk through the door. The warmth of the welcome, the energy of the room and the memories people take away.
With venues operating and more in development, KPAT Hotels continues to grow across Queensland. We look forward to welcoming passionate people who want to help create great places and memorable experiences for our guests and communities.
