Nurse Unit Manager (Lvl 2) - Staffing and Allocations - Perm FT
We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting safe staffing outcomes and quality patient care.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
Describe a time when you were responsible for managing staffing shortages or unexpected changes to workforce requirements. How did you assess the situation, prioritise resources, and ensure safe patient care while maintaining an appropriate skill mix
Provide an example of a time when you had to manage competing priorities and negotiate staffing solutions with multiple stakeholders, such as Nursing Unit Managers, clinicians, or executive staff. What approach did you take, and what was the outcome?
