The Opportunity

As Division Manager, you'll lead a team of three consultants and one Resourcer while continuing to build your own portfolio of clients and candidates.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll drive commercial performance, coach and develop your team, strengthen client relationships and help shape the ongoing growth of our Queensland business.

This role has been designed with progression in mind. As our Queensland business continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to step into a State Manager position, leading a larger team and playing an even greater role in shaping our strategy and long‑term success.

Working closely with our executive leadership team, reporting directly to our CEO, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, influence strategy and build something you're genuinely proud of.
