InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual Reservations Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first contact for guests, handling inquiries, bookings, amendments, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from enquiry to arrival.

The role requires robust telephone and written communication, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and experience with hotel reservation systems (Opera PMS preferred).
