Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds/gardens maintenance.
- Final touch Hort works before handover for Tier 1 Construction clients




- Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.
- Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
- Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.
- Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.
- Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
- Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a safe workplace and ensure WHS compliance.

What will you need?

- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
