You will price tenders for commercial projects up to $50M+, develop competitive strategies and prepare cost plans, while reviewing subcontractor pricing and leveraging market intelligence.
With 10+ years in estimating, you will mentor junior staff, contribute to continuous improvement and help optimise value engineering across pre-construction activities.
