As a part of our management team, our Duty Manager's are a service-based role that leads our awesome front of house team in services to deliver outstanding experiences to our guests. They are passionate about leading by example and holding our team to our high standards while supporting them with initial and ongoing training and development alongside the management team.

Your role is to ensure every guest has the trademark Mamasita experience when they dine with us - meeting our relaxed style but exacting service standards. You do this through your ability to professionally set the team up for success and lead them across service - balancing guest first impressions, table turns, wait times and forward looking any potential issues before a guest notices.

At least 1-year experience in a similar supervisory,



duty manager or restaurant leadership role

Experience working in a very busy, fast-paced restaurant (300+ covers in a service)

The ability to lead with care while holding our FOH and bar team to account for meeting our standards during services you lead

A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge

An obsessive level of detail and organisation to set up every service up for success

A genuine love for looking after people, great (and we mean great!) banter

A genuine team person. We love working hard, but we love looking after and out for each other too
