What You Can Earn

$100,000–$130,000 P.A. + Uncapped Commissions

We offer a robust base salary alongside an uncapped commission structure, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

Our top performer earned $3,000 in a single day.

Your earning potential grows with your performance, and there's no cap on what you can achieve.

About the Role

- Represent leading Australian brands through face-to-face sales campaigns.

- Build genuine relationships with new customers every day.

- Work across events, expos, B2B, B2C, residential and gala campaigns.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

- Attend daily sales and leadership training.

- Develop valuable communication, leadership and business skills.

- Work alongside a supportive, high-performing team.
