Sushi Room, Brisbane's refined Japanese dining destination, is part of the St Albans Hospitality Group. We are hiring experienced Section Waiters on a casual basis to join a premium service team at our James Street venue within The Calile Hotel precinct.
As a Section Waiter you will own your section, deliver warm, knowledgeable service, build guest connections and support junior team members, with ongoing training and opportunities across the group.
