Nufarm is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for Seeds in Australia, based in Horsham or Laverton North (Melbourne area). You will lead a small customer service team, coordinate order fulfilment, and partner with Sales, Production and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless customer experience across the Seeds business.
You will drive continuous improvement, own system improvements including Salesforce adoption, and build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance
