Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2027

Job Description
We want to continue expanding our Goulburn team in 2027 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!
On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible for registration
