Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support - ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

THE ROLE

- Designing and costing customised group itineraries
- Coordinating bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
- Managing group operations and providing support while clients are travelling
- Proactively resolving operational issues and finding solutions when challenges arise
- Preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Building robust relationships with suppliers and industry partners
- Delivering outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey





THE MUST HAVES

You'll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in the tourism industry, ideally with in-group travel operations
- Strong domestic destination product knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
