Flox Wines & Spirits is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson / Picker — Forklift Licenced to join our dynamic warehouse team on a full-time basis in Thomastown VIC 3074. This is a crucial role that ensures the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting timely order fulfilment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, organising, picking and packing products to the highest standards whilst maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
Receiving and unloading incoming stock, verifying items against delivery documentation and updating inventory systems
Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using warehouse management systems
Picking items (bottles & cartons) accurately and efficiently from warehouse locations based on customer orders
Packing orders securely and labelling packages with shipping information
Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
Conducting stock counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse
Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe workplace culture
Supporting team members and assisting with additional warehouse tasks as required
What we’re looking for
Valid forklift licence (LF High Risk Work Licence)
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and stand for extended periods
Proven ability to pick and pack items accurately with attention to detail
Competency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to health and safety practices and procedures
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
