Duty Manager - Events, Marketing & Member Experience

Crookwell Services Club Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professional to take on the role of Duty Manager – Events, Marketing & Member Experience.

This leadership position is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the Club’s functions, entertainment, promotions, marketing and member engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the member experience and strengthening community connection.

When rostered as Duty Manager, you will also act as the senior operational representative of the Club, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of customer service supporting and coordinating Bar & Gaming attendants.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver events, entertainment and promotions
- Manage marketing, social media and member communications
- Coordinate functions and venue hire from enquiry to delivery




- Lead member engagement initiatives and social committee support
- Build robust community partnerships and local engagement
- Oversee operational leadership when on Duty Manager shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Club experiences

RSA & RCG required

You will bring

- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience in events, promotions or hospitality operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for community connection
- Ability to lead staff and manage multiple priorities
