Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator for our Pioneer Mill operation in Queensland. This fixed-term role starts early, with a 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday schedule, supporting in office HR activities and recruitment processes.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with site leaders on workforce planning, and coordinate onboarding while handling timecard management in Kronos and general HR administration.
