The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities and deliver results.

You’ll step into an established 180° recruitment desk within our Mining and Industrial division,



partnering with our national Business Development team to connect outstanding people with great opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has proven recruitment experience
- Loves candidate management and relationship building
- Wants their earnings to reflect their effort
- Is ambitious enough to step into leadership

You’ll be trusted to run your desk while receiving the coaching, support and development needed to progress into future Team Leader and Management opportunities.
