Associate / Senior Associate in Commercial Law is available in Adelaide CBD, SA. The role targets lawyers with 3–7 years PAE and robust transactional experience to work across corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, business sales and due diligence.
You will collaborate with experienced practitioners, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and engage directly with clients while taking ownership of matters under guidance from partners.
