We are seeking an experienced Civil Roller Operator for a large-scale subdivision project in Canungra.
The role is approximately 70% roller operation (Padfoot/Smooth Drum) and 30% general labouring when required. You must be comfortable jumping out of the machine to assist the ground crew when needed.
$41-$44/hr based on experience + $27.32 daily travel allowance

Requirements
- White Card
- Driver’s Licence & own transport
- Comfortable working outdoors in the sun
- Physically fit and able to perform occasional labouring duties
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of site
- Reliable Monday-Friday availability
The project is expected to run for approximately 3 years, with many years of work available for the right person and opportunities for ongoing work and potential permanent employment.
