About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian provider of high-quality animal nutrition and agricultural products. This is an opportunity to join an established organisation and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of its Kundle Kundle site.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage inventory control by maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring accurate and timely updates within the Stores information system.
- Maintain stock registers and conduct regular stocktakes, including identifying, rectifying and reporting discrepancies.
- Complete financial administration, including raising purchase orders and completing account reconciliations within delegated authority.
- Manage procurement documentation and assist with Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Research product availability and source external quotations to ensure quality and value for internal customers.




- Verify and accurately input daily and weekly plant running sheet information into the relevant management system.
- Maintain storage areas in accordance with WHS and Hazardous Materials requirements.
- Provide general administrative support across sales, inventory and procurement functions as required.

What You Will Need

- Previous experience in Sales, Inventory, Stores or Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn and use internal systems.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
