Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker for Community Living Support (CLS) in Coffs Harbour. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to support recovery, culture and community engagement in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing recovery plans, coordinating with families and services, and traveling regionally to meet participant needs. A Certificate IV/Diploma in Mental Health or related field is preferred, along with a valid
