The Opportunity

- Part-time 0.7 ongoing position
- Salary commencing Grade 4, $85,857.20 pro rata plus superannuation

Work at the heart of Murray PHN's governance and engagement activities, administering processes that support organisational accountability and strengthen community and clinical input into strategic decisions. In this varied role, you'll combine governance administration and stakeholder engagement to create positive organisational impact.

Key Accountabilities

- Provide administrative support to Murray PHN’s governance functions, ensuring Board, Committee and governance activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain governance records, policies, registers, reporting and governance systems to support compliance, transparency and informed decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the Board Chair, Directors and Executive, including meeting administration, documentation management and governance related enquiries.
- Support the effective operation of the Community Advisory Council and Clinical Advisory Council with coordination, meeting administration, membership management, stakeholder communication and reporting activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Advisory Council members and internal stakeholders, fostering engagement and encouraging meaningful community and clinical contributions.
- Work with the Primary Care and Commissioning team to support Advisory Council activities and share insights that contribute to organisational priorities.

About You

With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you'll enjoy building relationships, supporting senior leaders and helping create meaningful connections between Murray PHN's Advisory Councils and the teams that use their insights to shape programs, services and priorities.

Key Capabilities

- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support in a governance, executive or board-facing environment or a combination of experience and qualifications in Business Administration or related field.




- Ability to prepare governance documentation, reports, agendas, minutes and briefing papers underpinned by exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and independently, managing competing priorities while maintaining a responsive, solutions-focused and customer-centred approach.
- Experience handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and supporting sound governance practices.
