We are seeking a proactive and professional Building Manager to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of a residential building.

The role

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the completed building, ensuring it is well presented, compliant and efficiently run. You will be the key in office point of contact for residents and contractors, managing issues proactively and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily building operations

- Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors





- Conducting regular building and safety inspections

- Responding to resident enquiries and issues professionally

- Ensuring compliance with Body Corporate and safety requirements

About you

You will bring:

- 1–2 years’ experience in building or property management

- Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- A customer-focused and proactive approach

- Availability to respond to occasional after-hours issues
