About the Role

- Drive new business development and revenue growth across WA
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining clients
- Identify and convert commercial opportunities across heavy mining equipment and structural fabrication services
- Support tender submissions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Act as the key commercial link between clients and internal operations/workshop teams




- Represent the business at site visits, client meetings, and industry events

About You

- Proven BDM experience within the mining services sector
- Genuine background around heavy mining equipment (HME) and/or structural fabrication
- A track record of building strong, trusted relationships with mining clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable working with autonomy
- A true go-getter mentality — someone who thrives on chasing and winning new opportunities, not just maintaining what's already there
