About the role:

The Donor Communications and Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving fundraising growth and strengthening community support for GV Health Foundation. This dynamic position is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, multi-channel communications that inspire donor participation, enhance stakeholder relationships, and increase community awareness of the Foundation’s impact.

Working closely with the GV Health Foundation team, the Coordinator will lead the planning, creation, and implementation of digital content, social media initiatives, fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and community engagement activities. The role is focused on building meaningful connections with current and prospective donors through high-quality stewardship practices, compelling storytelling, and targeted engagement strategies that encourage ongoing support.

The Coordinator will also identify opportunities to grow the Foundation’s donor base, enhance donor retention, and elevate the Foundation’s profile across the region. By combining creativity with strong organisational and administrative skills, this role ensures the delivery of professional communications, effective campaign coordination, and exceptional supporter experiences.
